Called Beyond Adventures’ 4th Annual Fishing Day
Called Beyond Adventures gave kiddos with disabilities (and their siblings) an awesome day on the water. Each family had a CBA team member helping them through the entire process – from baiting the hook to casting, all the way to fileting the fish and cooking it up!
Families were able to relax and adventure together!
One of the most exciting parts of this year’s event was having a family who has previously joined us on each fishing day as participants, come alongside the team to give back. Snow, who has endured many challenges in her life, was able to serve her community through volunteering for Called Beyond this year as she and her family took on the cooking of the fish! What a blessing to watch these kids grow in their abilities and be able to contribute in such an awesome way!
The day culminated in a BBQ where families were reminded of the love Jesus has for them.
