Meat Processing Partnership

As a matter of organizational policy, Called Beyond Provisions accepts only wild game that has been processed by a commercial wild game processor operating in accordance with applicable Idaho laws and regulations.

This policy helps ensure:

• Proper sanitation during processing.
• Professional packaging.
• Accurate labeling.
• Improved traceability.
• Reduced food safety risks.

Meat processors will be asked to have their labels on the packages. Called Beyond Provisions will provide labels to the processor to be put on meat packages as well.
